NFK AL-Lube | Biodegradable cutting fluid for machining operations (MQL) on ferrous and non-ferrous metals NFK AL-Lube is a biodegradable cutting oil specially formulated for complex machining operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals: tapping, drilling, thread cutting etc. Typical Properties The advantages provided by the NFK AL-Lube lubricant are the following: A low viscosity allowing a good relief of metal chips when applied through micro-lubrication and micro-spraying systems Optimised lubrication at the edge of the cutting tool No toxic or irritant compounds - free of chlorinated and phenol derivates, etc. A formulation based on biodegradable synthetic and natural oils with a high flash point in order to decrease friction and avoid the problems of tool wear due to a rise in temperature at the contact between tools and machined parts. Packaging options 1L, 5L, 30L Technical details and applications: NFK AL-Lube, doped with extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, is suitable for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals, carbon steel, alloyed and stainless steel, alloyed copper, aluminium and its alloys.
