Manufacturer warranties on every product, clear conditions on returns, and a fast process for resolving damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Manufacturer warranty
Every product supplied by CSA carries the relevant manufacturer warranty. For the current steel range, COLORBOND steel carries a manufacturer warranty of up to 36 years against corrosion and a separate warranty against peel and flake, subject to correct installation and the corrosion environment. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer; we provide the documentation needed to register and claim.

Standard catalogue returns
Unused standard catalogue items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to supplier acceptance where applicable. A restocking fee may apply. Contact our trade desk to arrange a return authority before sending anything back.

Custom orders
Custom-cut and project-specific items are made or sourced to your confirmed specification and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the confirmed order. Always check dimensions, quantities and specifications carefully before approving a custom order; our team confirms details before production or procurement.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect your delivery on arrival. Note any damage, shortage or incorrect item on the delivery docket before signing, and report it to our trade desk within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or credit promptly for confirmed supply errors or transit damage.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
