After your order
Returns & warranty
The accepted order identifies the seller, return conditions and any manufacturer warranty that applies. Check those documents before ordering.
01
Manufacturer warranty
Some products have a manufacturer warranty. Coverage depends on the product, application, installation, maintenance and exposure conditions. Use the warranty document provided with the accepted order as the source of truth.
02
Standard catalogue returns
Return eligibility and any restocking fee depend on the seller and product. Contact the trade desk with the order reference before returning anything. Do not send goods to an address that has not been confirmed for the return.
03
Custom orders
Custom-cut and project-specific items are made or sourced to your confirmed specification and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or differ from the confirmed order. Always check dimensions, quantities and specifications carefully before approving a custom order; our team confirms details before production or procurement.
04
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Inspect the delivery on arrival. Note any damage, shortage or incorrect item on the delivery docket before signing, then report it as soon as possible with photos and the order reference. The seller will assess the issue under the accepted order terms and applicable law.
05
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
