Roof sheet & gutter takeoff
Enter your roof dimensions and the calculator estimates how many roofing sheets, screws and metres of gutter and ridge capping your job needs. Use the result as your cutting list when you request a quote — the trade desk verifies it before anything goes to supply.
Use 10% waste for simple gable roofs and 15% for hip roofs with valleys. Sheet length includes a 75 mm eave overhang allowance.

Flashing designer & drafter
Draft a custom flashing your way. Pick a common starting shape or build your own face by face, then drag any point on the drawing to reshape it. Choose the steel thickness, COLORBOND finish and hemmed safe edges, and the tool totals the girth (the flat coil width to order), counts the bends, estimates the weight, builds a folding schedule and lets you export or send the draft to our trade desk.

Material & finish
On-screen colours are a guide only. COLORBOND steel is commonly stocked in 0.55 mm BMT; other thicknesses and ZINCALUME steel are available on request. Always check a physical sample before ordering.
Length & ordering (optional)
Custom flashings are folded to your girth and supplied in standard lengths (typically 2.4 m) or cut to length. An end lap of 100–150 mm is normal where flashings join along a run.
