Construction materials delivered to site Australia-wide. We confirm availability, dispatch timing and freight at order acceptance so you know what to expect before supply is released.

Delivery
CSA supplies construction materials to trade and commercial buyers across Australia. Orders are fulfilled through our accredited supply and carrier network; dispatch typically occurs from the nearest suitable supply point for your product, length and delivery postcode.
When your order is accepted, we confirm the expected dispatch window and transit time. Standard catalogue lines on regular lengths often dispatch within 1 to 3 business days where supply is available. Custom-cut, specialty colour and project orders are quoted with a firm lead time before you proceed. Freight is calculated on actual dimensions and weight; long sheets and large volumes travel on flat-tray and extendable trailers suited to the load.

Freight zones at a glance
Transit times below run from dispatch, not from order placement, and are typical rather than guaranteed. Your order acceptance states the window that applies to your specific product, length and postcode.
- Southeast Queensland metro (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast): commonly 1 to 3 business days
- East coast metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle): commonly 2 to 5 business days
- Adelaide metro: commonly 3 to 5 business days
- Perth and west coast: commonly 5 to 7 business days
- Regional and rural postcodes: commonly 2 to 10 business days depending on distance and carrier runs

Trade desk & collection
Our trade desk at 14 Industrial Ave, Yatala QLD 4207 is open for walk-in enquiries, quotes and trade account services during business hours.
Collection from a nominated supply point may be arranged on selected lines where available. Confirm collection options when you order. If you are collecting long sheets, bring suitable load restraints and a vehicle rated for the lengths you are carrying.

Long-length handling
Long-sheet roofing and cladding orders are routed to carriers with flat-tray and extendable trailers rated for the lengths in the load — sheets up to and beyond 9 m travel supported along their full length, not overhanging a standard tray. Site access matters for long loads: tell us at order time about narrow streets, overhead wires, soft ground or crane requirements so the right vehicle is assigned.
Steel roofing sheets are long, thin and flexible. They must be supported along their length when transported and lifted by at least two people on edge to avoid kinking. Supply-point and carrier staff can advise on safe handling for the lengths in your order.

Damaged or short deliveries
Inspect your delivery on arrival and note any damage or shortage on the delivery docket before signing. Report issues to our trade desk within 48 hours with photos and your order reference so we can investigate and resolve them promptly. See our returns and warranty page for full details.
