Getting your order

Delivery & pickup

Delivery, freight and pickup depend on the seller, product dimensions, quantity and destination. The accepted quote or order confirms the option that applies.

01

Delivery

Enter the delivery postcode or include it with your quote request. The trade desk checks the product, load dimensions and available fulfilment path before confirming freight.

The accepted quote or order states the seller, dispatch point where relevant, delivery charge and expected window. Do not arrange labour or site access from catalogue information alone.

Delivery windows can change with product availability, production schedules, carrier capacity, weather and site access. The seller will confirm any revised timing.

  • Provide the full delivery postcode
  • State the longest product length and total quantity
  • Flag restricted access, crane needs and booking requirements
  • Check the accepted order for the confirmed freight terms

02

Freight pricing

There is no single public freight rate for all products. Parcel items, standard pallets, long roofing sheets and fabricated orders need different carriers and handling.

  • Parcel or carton freight for small job essentials
  • Pallet freight for bundled materials
  • Long-load freight for roofing, cladding and structural sections
  • Special handling where unloading equipment or booked access is required

03

Trade desk & collection

Send collection questions to [email protected] with the product and quantity.

Collection is not available from a public walk-in address by default. If collection is offered, the accepted order states the nominated supply point, collection window and vehicle requirements.

04

Long-length handling

Long roofing, cladding and structural products need a carrier and vehicle suited to the confirmed load. Tell the trade desk about narrow streets, overhead wires, soft ground, unloading limits and crane requirements before accepting the quote.

Follow the manufacturer, seller and carrier instructions for transport, unloading and storage. Do not collect long materials in an unsuitable vehicle.

05

Damaged or short deliveries

Inspect your delivery on arrival and note any damage or shortage on the delivery docket before signing. Report issues as soon as possible with photos and the order reference, following the notice period in the accepted order terms. See the returns and warranty page for general guidance.
