Trade pricing pathways
Approved account customers can discuss volume pricing, repeat project supply and product bundles across the current CSA catalogue.
Trade account applications
Open a CSA trade account for recurring construction supplies, project quote history, coordinated supply across our trade network and account-based support. Today the range is strongest in steel roofing, cladding, flashings, rainwater, fixings, insulation and purlins — with more construction categories being added.
Why open one
A trade account should make the buying workflow clearer: what you bought, what was quoted, which job it related to and whether the next order is a catalogue line or needs trade desk review.
Approved account customers can discuss volume pricing, repeat project supply and product bundles across the current CSA catalogue.
Keep recurring orders, custom lengths, flashings, fixings and delivery references easier to track across multiple jobs.
Net-30 credit terms may be available after review. Account limits, references and documentation are assessed before approval.
Account holders deal with a trade desk that knows their jobs — staffed Mon–Fri from 6:30 AM AEST for cut-to-length, custom flashings, mixed materials and large-volume quotes.
Confirmed account orders move to the front of the processing queue, with dispatch ETAs confirmed at order acceptance.
The account portal is open around the clock: browse account pricing, re-order saved lists, track quotes and download invoices any time.
Who it's for
Trade accounts work best for businesses that purchase construction materials regularly — per project or per month — and want pricing, quoting and invoicing handled through one account.
Eligibility
Trade accounts are for trading businesses. You will need a current ABN or ACN registered for construction-related activity.
Accounts suit buyers ordering materials across repeat jobs — monthly or per-project — rather than a single one-off purchase.
A primary contact for ordering and an accounts contact for invoices and statements keeps the account workflow clean from day one.
Net-30 terms require trade or supplier references and director details. Pay-as-you-go accounts skip this step entirely.
Don't tick every box? Apply anyway — the trade desk will recommend the right account type, or a straightforward quote pathway if an account is not the best fit yet.
How approval works
Submit your ABN, trade type, locations, expected monthly supply and the products you normally buy.
CSA checks the fit for your account, confirms product requirements and identifies whether you need catalogue supply, custom quotes or both.
If you request terms, CSA may ask for references, director details and supporting information before a credit limit is offered.
Once approved, use account references for repeat orders, quote history, project bundles and delivery coordination.
Supply coverage
CSA is a construction-supplies business, not a single-category roofing shop. The catalogue starts with building-envelope products and expands into additional trade categories over time.
Application details
The more detail you provide now, the easier it is for the trade desk to work out whether you need standard account access, custom supply support, credit review or a project-specific quote process.

Trade account FAQ
Builders, roofing contractors, facade and cladding trades, shed builders, owner builders, procurement teams and recurring construction material buyers can apply. Approval depends on business details, supply requirements and any requested credit terms.
No. A trade account starts the account relationship and quote workflow, but net-30 credit terms are subject to review and approval. CSA may request trade references, director details or other documentation before offering a credit limit.
Yes. Trade account enquiries can include custom lengths where available, fabricated flashings, mixed material schedules and large-volume supply. Include drawings, takeoffs or product schedules when you have them.
No. Roofing and facade products are the first catalogue category, but CSA is a broader construction-supplies business. The catalogue is expanding into more job essentials and construction material categories over time.
For standard trade account enquiries, the trade desk aims to respond within one business day. Quote timing depends on the complexity of the products, custom supply requirements and delivery location.
