What is the minimum pitch for Klip-Lok 700?
Klip-Lok 700 Hi-Strength can go down to 1° (1 in 50) in 0.48 BMT, or 2° in 0.42 BMT, subject to Lysaght design provisions for low-pitch roofs.
Why choose concealed-fix over screw-fixed roofing?
Concealed clips remove fasteners from the weather face, giving a clean standing-seam look, fewer leak points, and better accommodation of thermal movement on long commercial spans.
What BMT options are available?
0.42, 0.48 and 0.60 mm. 0.60 mm is used for long spans and extreme-wind / cyclonic zones. CSA quotes the right gauge for your span and wind classification.
