Overview
Fire Rated Joint Sealant is a polyurethane intended for joints that must hold a fire-resistance level (FRL). This sausage is White. Fire performance is a system result, not a tube result. The FRL depends on joint width, substrate, backing, depth and the tested assembly. Do not substitute this line onto a specified brand or tested system without the certifier or fire engineer agreeing. Typical enquiry uses are slab-edge joints, service penetrations and compartment walls. We will not confirm an FRL on a quote until the tested system and the joint detail are known. Catalogue line. The invoice product is the one named on the accepted quote.
